The agreement between you and the seller of Resumi.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Resumi application ("the App") and any Pro license you purchase. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Resumi ("we", "us", "the seller").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal or professional job-search purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App is free to download and use for building, editing, previewing, and exporting resumes. Certain optional features powered by artificial intelligence — including resume tailoring, AI-assisted ATS scoring, skill gap analysis, cover letter generation, and resume import — require a Pro license.
How you purchase Pro depends on how you obtained the App:

You agree not to use the App to create false, fraudulent, or misleading content, to violate the rights of others, or to break any applicable law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the resumes and information you create with the App.
The App, its design, and its underlying software are owned by the seller and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The resumes and content you create with the App belong to you.
Resumi is a productivity tool. ATS compatibility scores, keyword suggestions, and AI-generated content are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in your resume passing any specific applicant tracking system, receiving an interview, or leading to employment. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
