Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all AI features permanently. Each installation includes a free 7-day trial, so you can try the paid AI features before you buy.
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used a paid AI feature since buying, we'll issue a full refund. Once you've used a paid AI feature (Tailor or Cover Letter), the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Email qa@resumi.app with your order confirmation or receipt and the email address used for the purchase. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
This policy is offered in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing here limits those rights.
