Refundable within 14 days if you haven't used any credits since your purchase. Once you've used any, that purchase is final.

The App Is Free

Resumi is free to download and use. You can build, edit, preview, and export resumes without paying anything. Only optional AI features consume credits, and new installations include free credits to try them.

Refunds on Credit Packs

Credits are a consumable digital good drawn from a single pooled balance, not tracked per purchase — so once any credit has been used, we can't isolate which pack it came from. Our policy reflects that:

Unused purchases: if you have not used any credits since making a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase.
Used purchases: once you've used any credits from your balance, that purchase is final and non-refundable, regardless of how many credits remain.
Free credits: credits included free with the App have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email qa@resumi.app with your order confirmation or receipt and the email address used for the purchase. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

Mac and Windows: purchases are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing here limits those rights.
